Assembly Steps STEP 1 Assemble column and side fence Assembly method: Firstly, assemble column (1 & 2) and side fence (3 & 4) according to circular marks on the figure. M6x65 screw (D) is screwed from the screw hole of outer column with Curve washer (G). - Page 5 STEP 2 Assemble the upper bed board Assembly method: Put Round Tube with built-in nut (9) and the Round Tube (8) into the bed bar (6). Note that the Round Tube with the built-in nut (9) is placed in a round hole with a screw hole.
- Page 6 STEP 3 Assemble bed plate, connecting bar(7) and assembled bed frame side together Assembly method: Firstly, connect connecting bar (7) with column. M6x18 jam nut (E) is inserted from screw hole on the connecting bar. M6x45 screw (C) is screwed in and fixed from the screw hole on the column with Curve washer (G). Then fix assembled bed plate of step 2 on the column.
- Page 7 STEP 4 Assemble front and rear fence Assembly method: Firstly, according to the circular marks on the figure, M6x15 screw (A) is screwed from screw hole on the fence inside and connect fence (10) with column. Then according to the square marks on the figure, M6x65 screw (D) and Flat Washer (F) is screwed upward from screw hole on the bed bar and fix fence with the bed bar.
- Page 8 STEP 5 Assemble ladder Assembly method: Align ladder (11) with screw holes on fence (4) and connecting bar (5). M6x35 screw (B) is screwed in and fixed downward from the screw holes on fence (4). Then M6x65 screw (D) is screwed in and fixed upward from the screw hole on the connecting bar (5) with flat washer (F) to fix ladder.
- Page 9 STEP 6 Assemble rubber mat on the ladder pedal Assembly method: Remove the oily paper on the back of Rubber Mat (L) and attach it to the ladder pedal directly and press it. CODE HARDWARE...
