Storage
To store the air fryer:
1 .
Unplug the air fryer and allow the air fryer to cool completely .

Make sure all parts are clean and dry . Never store the air fryer while it is hot or wet .

Wrap the power cord around the power cord organizer .

Store the air fryer in its box or in a clean, dry place .
TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
The air fryer will not turn
on or will not heat up .
The air fryer turned off on
its own during cooking .
Foods are not completely
cooked .
Foods are cooked unevenly .
Foods are not crispy after
air frying .
French fries are not fried
correctly .
Baskets will not slide into
the air fryer securely .
White smoke is coming out
of the air fryer .
Dark smoke is coming out
of the air fryer .
Any other servicing should be performed by an authorized service representative.
Probable Cause
Make sure the air fryer is plugged in . Try a different outlet .
Push the baskets securely into the air fryer .
Make sure the baskets are pushed securely into the air fryer .
As a safety feature, the air fryer comes with overheat
protection . If the air fryer overheats, it will automatically shut
down . Allow the air fryer to cool down before using it again .
Place smaller batches of ingredients into the fry basket . If the
basket is overfilled, then ingredients will be undercooked .
Increase cooking temperature or time .
Ingredients that are stacked on top of each other or close to
each other need to be shaken during cooking (see "Shaking
Food" on page 9) .
Spraying or brushing a small amount of oil on foods can
increase crispiness (see "Cooking Guide" on page 10) .

Make sure the basket is not overfilled with food .
Make sure the fry basket is securely inside the outer basket .
The air fryer may produce some white smoke when you use it
for the first time . This is normal .
Make sure the baskets are cleaned properly and not greasy .
Frying greasy foods will cause oil or fat to leak into the outer
basket . This oil will produce white smoke, and the baskets
may be hotter than usual . This is normal and should not affect
cooking . Handle the baskets with care .
Immediately unplug the air fryer . Food is burning . Wait for the
smoke to clear before removing the baskets .
