Join a call in progress
You can use two cordless handsets at a time on a call. You can buy additional expansion handsets
(LS6105/LS6105-13/LS6105-15/LS6105-16/LS6105-17) for this telephone base. You can register
up to five handsets to the telephone base.
•
When a handset is on a call, press
To exit the call, press OFF on the cordless handset or place it on the telephone base. The call

continues until all handsets hang up.
Transfer a call
While on an outside call, you can transfer the call from one handset to another.

During a call, press MENU.
Press q or p to scroll to Transfer, then press SELECT. When you have more than two handsets,

use the dialing keys to enter a destination device number (1 to 5 for HANDSET 1 to HANDSET 5).

To answer the call on the destination handset, press
Intercom
Use the intercom feature for conversations between two cordless handsets.

Press MENU on the handset when not in use.
Press q or p to scroll to Intercom, then press SELECT. When you have more than two handsets,

use the dialing keys to enter a destination device number (1 to 5 for HANDSET 1 to HANDSET 5).

To answer the intercom call with the destination handset, press

To end the intercom call, press OFF or return the cordless handset to the telephone base.
Answer an incoming call during an intercom call
If you receive an outside call during an intercom call, there is an alert tone.
Using the cordless handset:

To answer the outside call, press
To end the intercom call without answering the outside call, press OFF. The intercom call

ends and the telephone continues to ring.
Directory
The directory can store up to 50 directory entries which are shared by all handsets.
To add a directory entry:
Enter the number (up to 30 digits) when the phone is not in use, then press SELECT. Then go

When the phone is not in use, press MENU then scroll to Directory, and then press
SELECT twice.

Use the dialing keys to enter the number (up to 30 digits).

Copy a number from the redial list by pressing REDIAL and then press q, p or REDIAL
repeatedly to select a number. Press SELECT to copy the number.
Press SELECT to move on to enter the name.

Use the dialing keys to enter the name (up to 5 characters). Additional key presses show other
characters of that particular key.

Press SELECT to save.
While entering names and numbers, you can:
Press DELETE to backspace and erase a digit or character.

Press and hold DELETE to erase the entire entry.

Press q or p to move the cursor to the left or right.
Press and hold PAUSE to insert a dialing pause (for entering numbers only).

Press 0 to add a space (for entering names only).
To review and dial a number from the directory:
Entries are sorted alphabetically.
