10. [Auto Mode STEP 06: Test ove and check sub PBA version]
After the SVC Test is over,open the door and check the following list:
●
Check the dispenser has been opened or not. If it is not opened, that the dispenser is out of order.
32 _ Troubleshooting
[Auto Mode STEP 02: check wash pump & Heater]
1) Turn on wash pump.
2) 10 seconds later,turn on the heater.Beep one sound
when temperature rises by 3°C-5°C.
3) Shut off loads when the temperature is over 57° and
Auto LED, Normal LED, Heavy LED, Express LED will be on.
4) If the temperature does not go up to 57°C after 90min,
heater error occurs.(The Express and Heavy light flicker quickly).
●
You must press Start/Cancel button to skip to next step after
the temperature is reached 57°C.
[Auto Mode STEP 03: check wash pump & dispenser.]
1) Turn on wash pump for 10 seconds then turn off it.
2) Turn on dispenser for 45 seconds then turn off it.
[Auto Mode STEP 04: stop 30 seconds]
[Auto Mode STEP 05: check drain]
1)Turn on the drain for 30 seconds then turn off it.

1) Beep one sound and all load turn off.
2) The sub board code and sun code version will alternate display in 1Hz.
Note: sub board code (Auto, Normal, Heavy LED will be off and Express LED will be on).
sub code version(Auto, Normal LED will be off, Heavy, Express LED will be on).
3) If restart, the machine will enter standby state.
