a) On when the handset is put into base cradle for charging.
IN USE LED– – – – RED

a) Steadily ON: During a call or when an extension phone is engaged.
b) Flashing at a rate similar to the incoming ring pattern: During an incoming call.
c) Flashing briefly on and off for 2 minutes: During paging or registration.

a) Press to find/page all registered handsets. Press the button again, or any key on the handset, to turn
off page signal.
Base LED Indicators
Answering machine is OFF.

There is no voice message in the answering machine.

Flash in idle: Indicates the number of new answering machine messages. (e.g. there are 9
answering machine messages in total, with a capacity for 59.)

Flash during message playing: The selected new answering machine message is being played.
Steadily On: All the new messages have been read and there are 9 answering machine messages
in total.
Flashing: TAM memory is full

Flashing: Indicates an incoming call / recording of an incoming call. The number (e.g. 09) indicates
the total number of new messages.

Flashing: Indicates the line remote access is in progress.
LA
Steadily ON: Indicates the base speaker volume level is 3. Nine volume levels from L0 to L8 are
provided (L0 means ringer off) during message playback. Five volume levels from L0 to L5
L3
(independent of the volume levels during message playback) are provided during an incoming call.
L3 disappears after 3 seconds.
