Not pulling down the IR sensor due to cosmetic purposes will not affect the performance of the IR sensor.

    Connection Connecting the touch module The touch module of the display supports easy Plug-and-Play operation. There is no need to install additional drivers on the computer. 1. Connect the TOUCH-USB port on the display to the USB port of a computer using the supplied USB cable and then connect the VGA, HDMI1, HDMI2, or DP port on the display to the VGA, HDMI or DP output port on the computer using the corre- sponding cables.

    Basic operations Downloading software BenQ may periodically release software updates that may add functions or applications associated with your display. To check if there is a software update available for your device or to obtain the software license key, please visit https://business- display.benq.com/en/findproduct/signage/software/partner-software/download.html.

The touch screen can emulate basic mouse functions and supports multi-touch functions for Windows 10/ 8/7/XP, Mac OS 10.11~10.14, Chrome OS 58, and Android.
