Preparation
Connect the plug to the wall outlet.
Note:
The TV consumes some power as long as the power
cord is inserted into the wall outlet.

LCD C.A.T.S. (Contrast Automatic Tracking
System) automatically senses the ambient
light conditions and adjusts the brightness and
gradation accordingly, to optimize contrast.
C.A.T.S. is in effect when PIC MODE is set to
AUTO (see page 23).

• This does not work when the main
power is off (No light) (see above).

The screen below is displayed for a few
moments when the TV is turned on.
