Possible cause
Reservoir is empty
The Garden is on a metal

The seeds have a normal germination rate of 65% to 95%. If more than 1/3 of the Lingot®
did not germinate after 20 days, check the following:
Wrong temperature
Lingot® is not irrigated
(Lingot®'s surface is still dry)
Poor storage conditions
Other
Plant is too close to Light.
Flowers are not pollinated
Solution
Fill the reservoir with water
Move the Veritable® Garden to a non-metallic surface as it
disturbs the magnet which indicates the water level.
Remove the Lid + Magnet (see drawing p17) and check it is
freely floating. Descale and remove roots every 6 months.
Contact our Customer Service to replace the Power Adapter.
Disconnect and firmly reconnect both Lighting Poles to the
bottom of the Garden.
Check that your Garden is plugged into a working electrical
outlet and the Power Cord is plugged into the back of the
Reservoir.
Disconnect and firmly reconnect both Lighting Poles to the
bottom of the Garden.
Some seeds need at least 20°C (68°F) to germinate: move
your Garden to a warmer location.
Push it more to the bottom of the Basket to be sure it
reaches the watering wicks.
If your Lingot® was stored in poor conditions (too hot, too
humid) for a long period, this damage is irreversible.
Send pictures to our Customer Support
Raise the Lamp and cut the dry part of the plant. Don't
forget to prune and harvest weekly.
You need to pollinate your plants (See "HARVESTING
PLANTS").
