    3 Unscrew the mounting screw (10) from the welding torch interface until the screw head and washer (11) make contact. 4 Remove the cable assembly (not depicted). 5 Loosen the cylinder head screws (4) and remove the iCAT-WH (5). CAUTION Risk of injury Mounted size cylinders are glued on.

    CAUTION Material damage O-ring seal impaired. • Do not allow the O-ring to come into contact with the screw adhesive, e.g. Loctite® 243. 8 Use an AF3 allen key (6) to manually tighten the size cylinder and secure with screw adhesive, e.g.

Loctite® 243 bringen. 8 Druckhülsen mit Innensechskantschlüssel SW3 (6) handfest einschrauben und mit einer Schraubensicherung z.B. Loctite® 243 sichern.  Führen Sie die Handlungsschritte der iCAT BAL.0139 Kapitel 6.2, 6.4.1 und 6.9 durch.
