    • Do not work in an explosive environment. • The TC-HS V2 is to be used in closed rooms, in which the devices cannot heat up over 45 °C. • Observance of these operating instructions is also part of the intended use.

    The screwdriver is guided by hand to the workpiece to be screwed so that the screw is placed axially at the screw position. As soon as axial pressure is applied to the TC-HS V2, the upper initiator in the handpiece is activated and the start pulse is triggered. The spindle starts to...

As soon as the TC-HS V2 is retracted from the workpiece, the cylinder automatically extends again, thus cancelling the start impulse. After complete extension of the cylinder, the lower initiator of the handpiece is activated, resulting in the feeding of another screw.

    Personnel qualification 1. Personnel to be trained, instructed or undergoing training may only work with the TC-HS V2 under the constant supervision of an experienced person. 2. For work on pneumatics, the qualification of a technical education with knowledge of pneumatics is required.

    Set up Set up and installation Mounting of the TC-HS V2 in the balancer or in the telescopic arm The TC-HS V2 can be mounted in a balancer or telescopic arm. You can obtain these fastening devices from Technik Center Schraubsysteme.

    In rare cases it can happen that there are several screws in the feed hose. If this is the case, loosen the feed hose on the TC-HS V2. Make sure that the feed hose is held in a container where there is no possibility that the screws can shoot out either upwards or downwards.
