- Page 2 1) Attach the padded head rest to the padded back by using four Allen screws and four flat washers as shown. Use a 5/32 Allen wrench to tighten. 2) Attach the metal seat bracket to the back side of the padded back using four Allen screws and four flat washers as shown.
- Page 3 5) Attach the seat belt by using one lag bolt and one wing nut on each side as shown. Step 2 Step 3 6) Attach seat belt center strap with one Allen screw and a flat washer to bottom of padded seat as shown.
