Check the following.
Frequently asked questions when using the refrigerator for the first time.
When this happens

If the refrigerator still does not operate properly contact the retailer from
which it was purchased.
Please check
It takes longer time to cool in summer or
when a large amount of food is stored.
It takes longer time for ice making when
you use the refrigerator for the first time as
ice making starts only after the
interior of the refrigerator is cooled.
It may take more than 24 hours to make
ice depending on the amount and storage
arrangement of food inside the refrigerator.

Is the power being supplied?
Make sure it is installed properly.
Has enough time pasted since
installation?
Is the temperature control set
on "MIN".
Check inside the refrigerator.
Are doors being opened frequently?
Are there any food items coming in contact with
doors stopping them from closing properly?

Cause
It may take approximately 4 - 24 hours to cool after
installation of the refrigerator.
Make opening/closing of the door quicker or reduce as
much as possible.
Place the foods with adequate gap.

Has the power plug come out?
Has a fuse blown or has a circuit breaker cut the power?
Is there a blackout?
Is the refrigerator in direct sunlight?
Is there an appliance that radiates heat such as
a gas cooker close by?
Is there enough space around the refrigerator.
It may take about 4 hours, and more than half a day
in summer time.

Temperature control set on "MID" or "MAX".

Is there too much food in the refrigerator?
Is there something hot inside the refrigerator?
Is there any food blocking the cold-air vent?
It makes the air flow worse.
It takes time to fully cooled, minimize to open the door.
Make sure to place the food doesn't contact the
door when it is closed.
