BEFORE OPERATING Front Castor Wheels 1. Remove the lynch pin from the spindle shaft and slide the spindle out of the front castor arm. Slide spacers onto the spindle shaft to get the desired height-of-cut. 2. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS Checking The Interlock System The purpose of the interlock system is to prevent the engine from cranking or starting unless the traction pedal is in NEUTRAL and the cutting unit engagement switch is DISENGAGED. Also, the engine will stop when the cutting unit engagement switch is engaged or the traction pedal is depressed with the operator off the seat.

If the machine is operated under normal conditions, lubricate all grease fittings after every 25 hours of operation.
