Rail Saw
The Matweld Rail Saw is hydrau-
lic powered abrasive rail saw that
uses a 14 or 16 inch diameter
blade to cut rail. A sturdy pivot arm
securely clamps to the rail and
guides the saw during operation.
Free axis movement of the tool
allows cutting on either side of the
rail and clean separations aver-
age well under two minutes.
Sturdy construction and quality
components ensure low mainte-
nance and long life of the tool.

    LATED BACK AND FORTH WHILE CUTTING. THE AVERAGE CUTTING TIME IS 1 - 2 MIN- UTES FOR 132 LB RAIL. • THE PROPER RPM OF THE MATWELD SAW IS 3200 ( + 100) RPM AT 10 GPM. • THE SAW RPM IS A PROPORTIONAL TO THE FLOW PROVIDED. IF THE FLOW DROPS TO 8 GPM THE RPM OF THE SAW WILL BE 2400 RPM, MUCH TOO SLOW FOR CUTTING RAIL.
