BasePlates
BasePlate pack contains:
2 x BasePlates (1 x left & 1 x right)
8 x 10mm Counter Sunk Screws (for most foot boards)
8 x 12mm Counter Sunk Screws (for thicker foot boards)
8 x Nuts (for the BasePlate)

Equipment needed:
Philips Head Screw Driver and Spanner
ShoePlate Tops
The ShoePlate Tops attach to
the Shoe and allow the shoe
to click into the BasePlates
which are affixed to the boat
or ErgAdaptor. The ShoePlate
Tops are therefore required for
the system to function. Should
your rowers not already have
ShoePlate Tops for their rowing
shoes, you will need to purchase
these separately.
SAFETY WARNING: FISA approved heel restraints must be used while rowing. The QuickRelease System is not designed for walking. Walking on it may cause injury.
