2 x ShoePlate Tops (1 x left & 1 x right)
2 x BasePlates (1 x left & 1 x right)
8 x 10mm Counter Sunk Screws (for most foot boards)
8 x 12mm Counter Sunk Screws (for thicker foot boards)
8 x Nuts (for the BasePlate)
8 x 8mm Flat-Head Screws (for shoe attachment)

SAFETY WARNING:
FISA approved heel restraints must be used while rowing. The QuickRelease System is not designed for walking. Walking on it may cause injury.
