Before Setting Oven Controls The Element ON Indicator Light The Coil Cook Top range is equipped with a surface control light that will glow on your range— the Element ON indicator light. The Element ON indicator light (all models) located on the control panel, will glow when any surface element is turned ON. -

Do not place plastic items such as salt and pepper shakers, spoon holders or plastic wrappings on top of the range when it is in use. These items could melt or ignite. Potholders, towels or wooden spoons could catch fire if placed too close to the element. -
