Installation

Isolate 240V mains supply before opening fitting for maintenance or installation
1. Remove Base from the body by loosening the mounting screws.
2. Remove Lamp assembly from body by loosening 2x Grub screws. Ensure that an approved underground conduit isolates the incoming (and outgoing) mains
cables from the fresh concrete.
3. Insert the mains wiring through the silicone grommet in the base. Allow 500mm of cable to protrude above the ground.
4. Fix Base to Concrete or Wood with Lugs and Screws provided. Apply silicone to the grommet area where the mains wiring enters the fitting. This is to ensure
IP rating is maintained.
5. Pass the cable through the body and connect mains wiring to the terminal block as marked..
6. Fasten the cable using cable clamp as shown.
7. Install the body to base using 4x screws.
8. Install Lamp assembly to the body using 2x grub screws.
9. DO NOT MEGGER TEST.
