All products are carefully inspected prior to shipment. Please carefully inspect your bed frame at the time of delivery. PLEASE NOTE: If your bed frame or any part of it arrives damaged, please notify us within three (3) days of receipt of your delivery; we will arrange for a replacement or return/refund as necessary, and you will not be responsible for any returns fees or shipping charges. - Page 3 Needle within three (3) days of delivery of your bed frame will void the remainder of the 100-night trial. If within the first 100 nights of sleeping on your new Tuft & Needle bed frame you’re not completely satisfied—for any reason—you may return it, if it remains in like-new condition and is undamaged, for a full refund.

- Page 5 ASSEMBLY Arrange all frame parts on a soft rug or carpet if possible. Insert four threaded rods into headboard and footboard. Hand-tighten all the way down until they can no longer turn.
- Page 6 Begin to thread each nut on every threaded rod. (This may sound counter-intuitive but it’ll help later). Place siderails onto footboard by inserting pegs into the corresponding holes.
- Page 7 Insert the washer under the nut. Fully tighten with the flat wrench.
- Page 8 Place siderails onto headboard by inserting pegs in the corresponding holes. Insert the washer under the nut. Fully tighten with the flat wrench.
- Page 9 Insert notched edge of center beam into footboard, then place the opposite end on the headboard center beam support. Adjust leveling feet as needed. Leave approximately 1/8" between the floor and the adjustable feet.
- Page 10 Layout slat sets with the triangle stickers facing out. Align the triangle stickers on the slats and center beam, then lay the slats down one at a time.
- Page 11 Repeat previous step with the second slat set. Once placed, the slats should be evenly spaced. Happy Zzz’s!
