Product overview Product overview With the CU8210-D001-0102 WLAN stick, Beckhoff Industrial PCs can be equipped with a WLAN module and operated in client mode or as an access point, depending on the operating system. The WLAN stick offers the encrypted exchange of data at a transfer rate of up to 433.3 Mbit/s and supports 20 MHz, 40 MHz and 80 MHz transmission bandwidths.
The name plate makes it easier to find a stick with the appropriate certification for a region or country. The name plate is located on the housing of the WLAN stick: • The marking LM808-0406 corresponds to the CU8210-D001-0102 WLAN stick, which is suitable for operation in Europe, Russia, South Africa, Korea, Israel, Taiwan, Australia, New Zealand, China, Japan.

The configuration software from Realtek is not required with Windows 10. The configuration is done using standard Windows tools or with the help of configuration software from Beckhoff if the WLAN stick is to be used as an access point.
