SAFETY & WARNINGS

This device is suitable for all large, medium, and small sized dogs. This shall be
used for intended purpose only.
•
We recommend the use of this device for dogs aged 6 months and weigh over
3.6kg.
•
It is natural for your dog to display irritability when wearing this device, to be
confused by the spray warnings or uncertain how to respond. You need to gently
guide and comfort your pet. Use proper methods to guide the dog to adapt to
spray warnings. After a few days of usage, the dog will adapt.
•
If your dog has extreme resistance or dangerous movement against wearing this
device even after a few days, stop using it immediately.
•
As the device is triggered by audio sensor, it is possible for it to be set off by the
barking of other nearby dogs, or even by your dog sneezing. Be aware of this and
comfort your dog if it is set off when they have not barked.
•
This device is intended for training purposes and not as a disciplinary / punishment
tool. Use with discretion.
•
Longer use of the device on dogs can cause a condition similar to bedsore, i.e.
compressive skin necrosis. To reduce this possibility, follow the below instructions:
o
Regularly check whether there is any rash or pain anywhere on the neck
of the dog.
o
After device is tied around the dog, monitor your dog closely within the
first one or two days.
o
Make real-time inspection of the device to prevent excessive pressure.
Ensure one finger gap is given between the device and the dog's neck.
o
Regularly scrub around the dog's neck. Clean the the device's sensor
head weekly.
•
Do not attempt to remove or repair any parts of the device, which otherwise will
make the warranty invalid.
•
This device should not be used continuously for 12 hours in a day.
