Use a ruler and exhausted pen to
score along the fold lines.

Turn over and put glue on the
side.

Fold about 60cm of string in half and align the ends,
then make a knot about 1cm from the end.
Thread the ends through the loop as shown by the arrow.
Put in between two sheets of paper, pile something heavy
such as books on top and leave to dry for a few hours.
Then, cut out the part.
