*In the description, the words "Supervisor-I" and "Data collector" are used. “Data collector” module must be installed on your PC in order to use Supervisor-I functions. Supervisor-I helps to keep the printer running stably by grasping the PV and issuing alerts at the right time.
3. Installation Supervisor-I module (Data collector) on PC This part explains what customers prepare and how to set up Supervisor-I. 3.1 Data collector Installation procedure. Data collector installer will start when adding a printer with ColorGATE RIP software. Follow the steps below to install RICOH Supervisor-I.

After installing, the following screen will be displayed. Please check if the country where a printer is installed is correct. If it is correct, please click “Next” and move on the next step. If it is incorrect, please click “Change country” and set the correct country.

After setting the country, the following window will be displayed. Please click “Finish” and finish the installation.

3) At the bottom of the Basic setting screen, there is a “Email address” area where you (a print shop) can set your e-mail address. Register your email address to create an account on the Supervisor-I. After entering your email address, click the “Save” button.

4) “Signed up” will pop up if the registration was successful.
