Check the Tray3 connector.
Load the paper in Tray3
Reinstall the Tray3 cassette.
Order the PTB unit with a new one.
Replace the new PTB unit.
Check the Drawer connector of the PTB unit.
Check the samsung-genuine PTB is installed.
If or not, replace the new PTB unit.
