Attaching the cup holder

Affix one side of the cup holder to the tube, then the other side. The edge of the cup
holder is elastic and will stretch accordingly.
Functions
1.
Step down on the brake to stop the stroller.
2.
Slip down the red nut to unlock the front wheels, which can then be rotated 360°.
