Thread a washer, the brake, another washer, and the wheel onto the axle (as
shown in Figure 3-1 below). Attach another washer, insert the clip into the hole of
the wheel and attach the covering cap.

Attach the rear wheels on the rear legs, listening for the "click" to ensure secure
fastening.
5.
Hook the footboard onto the lower frame as shown and screw it into place.
