Important Notice
*When replacing the Controller (Power side), make sure
to perform the mode d1 of the Service check D.
Sensor calibration is performed. (TH1, TH2)
When performing the check D (mode d1), set the Dry filter
upside down as shown in the figure. After the end of the
check D, the check F starts automatically.
The time required for the checks D and F is approx. 5
minutes.
8.4.2. Replacement of Fan (for controller
cooling)
1. After replacement Controller (Power side) (8.4.1), remove
the Fan (for controller cooling) fixing screw and Clamping
band, then take the Cooling fan off.
8.5. Damper
8.5.1.

Replacement of Damper

1. After performing the procedures for Replacement of
Panel A (8.1.1), Replacement of Back panel (8.3.1) and
Replacement of Controller (Power side) (8.4.1), remove
the Damper upper bolt.
*Perform the Damper replacement work (refer to
Replacement of Controller (Power side) (8.4.1)) until the
state illustrated in the figure is reached. Do not remove
the connector for Controller (Power side), Insulation
spacer, etc.
2. Remove 4 Damper fixing screws on the Base and then
remove the Damper.
*Three Dampers are used for this product (one on the left
and two on the right). The same disassembly procedure
will be applied.
