There will be a faint smell when using the buffet server for the first
time. This is normal and no cause for any concern. The smell will
fade away with use.
1. Check to make sure that all components have been received (see fig. A).
2. Take the buffet server out of the packaging and check whether the buffet
server or the individual parts exhibit damage. If this is the case, do not use
the buffet server. Contact the manufacturer via the after sales support
address indicated on the warranty card.

Basic cleaning

1. Remove the packaging material and all protective wrapping.
2. Clean all parts of the buffet server before first use in warm water with a little
mild detergent to remove all dust or other residue from the manufacturing
process.
3. Dry the parts thoroughly.

WARNING!
Burn hazard!
The buffet server will get very hot during operation.
− Use the buffer server with caution.
− Do not touch hot surfaces, use the cool touch handles
instead.
− Always wear oven mitts when touching the warming pans
or the frame for the warming pans.
− Never place the plastic lids directly on the hot warming
tray.
• It is not recommended to keep the buffet server on for more
than six to eight hours.
• At room temperature the buffet server takes approx. 15
minutes to heat up to its maximum operating temperature.
