Programming for devices featuring Dip switches.
❖ With the original remote
1.
Open up your original remote to access the Dip switches panel.
2.
Set up the dip switches in your ExcelTek™ remote to match your original remote.
3.
Press and hold down the program button until the LED light turns blue (about 2 seconds).
4.
Choose what remote control button you want to program and press and release it. The LED light will flash. When the LED
light stop flashing, press and release the button again. Continue to press and release up to 18 times until the garage door
opener responds.
5.
Once you have a response from your garage door opener, save the programming by clicking the program button on your
ExcelTek™ remote. This turns off the programming mode.
6.
Refer to your garage door opener's installation manual for more programming instructions.
