Programming Instructions

1. While pressing the button A of your ExcelTek remote, at the same time press
4 times the button B then release both buttons. The LED light on the ExcelTek
remote should emit a quick flash every 2 seconds.
2. Place the original remote next to the ExcelTek remote at about 2-5cm of
distance.
3. Press and hold the original remote button that you want to copy until the LED
light on the ExcelTek remote flashes quickly (This step will probably take you
more than one attempt.)
4. While the Led light flashes quickly, press and hold for 2 seconds the desired
button where you want to store the code you just copied.
5. Locate the learn button on your garage door opener and press it (Do NOT
hold it down).
6. While the LED light on the garage door opener glow steadily, press and hold
for 2 seconds the newly programmed button of your ExcelTek remote. (LED
light on your garage door opener is above the Learn Button).
7. Wait until the LED light on your garage door opener is turned off (could take
up to 30 seconds)
8. Press again the programmed button on your ExcelTek remote.
9. Your remote should be successfully programmed. If you failed at any steps
please start back from the beginning. It could take you more than one try
before it successfully programs.
