After this process, user still needs to increase the same Overlap Value in the Overlap region until see clear image. User can use VNS Excel Spread Sheet calculation to get Overlap setting value. If user calculates original Overlap value with 3840 input resolution, after increase 500 pixels in both outside edges in projector 1 (LH edge) and projector 2 (RH Edge) as example, user can shrink the image width.
13.1. Helpful tips for edge blending ➢ UD100 can support interlaced signal source (i.e. 1080i). However, if user rotates or flips the image, there will be no 3D motion adaptive de-interlaced function. User may see some small flick image while the input is still image. We recommend applying progressive signal to avoid this kind of issue.

Image distortion ➢ If the content aspect ratio is different from the screen aspect ratio, it will cause image distortion. User has below alternatives: User can adjust aspect ratio through video wall [Overlap] settings.

It will make sure PC can catch correct EDID information. Please use [Customize] EDID setting. This setting is from PC VESA standard and good for some PC display card.
If set [Standby Time] at 60, the system will get into Standby Mode after 60 seconds when no input signal is detected. The output signals from UD100 will also be terminated at the same time. If UD100 detects input signal again (hot plug signal), it will automatically output the signal.

Turn off splash screen Logo ➢ Use can turn off splash screen Logo through [Options]→ [Accessibility]→ [Logo Time Out] and set the value at “0”. Default setting is 10 seconds. ➢ It will reduce the boot up time.
14.2. No image in the projector ➢ If UD100 output resolution is set at 4k and projector can’t support 4k input, user will see no display image in the projector or display device. ➢ Please use remote controller or front panel output selection keys to select [1080p] output to let display device to support it.

Image position shift after installation The position shift in the projector will be enlarged to more than 10x due to projection distance. 1 mm image shift inside projector may appear 1 cm image shift on the screen. User will clearly see blurred effect on overlap region in edge blending setup.

Synchronization issue in the outputs ➢ The input refresh rate should be the same as output refresh rate so that the system can implement Frame Lock to synchronize all the outputs. If the input source is 50Hz with 60Hz output, it is possible to see some lag or frame tear in the display.
Apart from what is detailed in User Guide, maintenance should be carried out by competent technician assigned by VNS. If UD100 is physically damaged, it should be returned for repair using VNS RMA procedures. If the unit is opened by user, it will lose the right for warranty protection.
