Do not use this bassinet/cradle if you cannot exactly follow the instructions that come
with it:
FALL HAZARD - To help prevent falls, do not use this product when infant begins to push up
on hands and knees, can roll over or has reached manufacturer's recommended maximum
weight of 18
SUFFOCATION HAZARD - Infants have suffocated:
• In gaps between extra padding and the side of the bassinet/cradle
• On soft bedding
• Do not place pillows, comforters or soft mattress in this bassinet.
• If a sheet is used with the pad, use only the one provided by Crate and Barrel or one from
Crate and Barrel specifically designed to fit the dimensions of the mattress pad.
To reduce the risks of SIDS, pediatricians recommend healthy infants be placed on
their backs to sleep, unless otherwise advised by your physician.
STRINGS CAN CAUSE STRANGULATION!
• Do not place product near windows or patio door where cords from blinds or drapes may
strangle a child
• Do not place items with a string, cord, or ribbon around a child's neck, such as hood
strings or pacifier cords
• Do not suspend strings over a bassinet/cradle or attach strings to toys
Check this bassinet/cradle regularly before using it, and do not use it if any part is
loose or missing or if there are any signs of damage. Do not substitute parts. Contact
the manufacturer if replacement parts or additional instructions are needed.
Ensure that the product is securely on the stand before a child is placed in the product.
Use ONLY the 30.5"L x 17.375"W x 1.3"H Oval pad provided by Crate and Barrel. NEVER
add a pillow, comforter, or another mattress for padding.
