Installation Procedures

1 Move the chair to the installation location
• Move the chair by holding the skid.
(Carrying the chair by the upper part is
dangerous because the base could come off
and drop.)
2 Attach the rubber ring to the base
Determine the installation location. Lift the base off the floor and attach the rubber ring to the rim
of the base.
• When transporting the chair, installing the rubber
ring, or positioning the chair, if you cannot hold it by
the base and foot switches, hold it by its armrests.
During work, be careful not to deform the cape
holder, wrinkle or dirty the leather, or let the base
CAUTION
come off. Make sure not to apply excessive force
that could damage the chair even when holding the
armrests.
• When tilting the chair in order to attach the rubber
ring, use a piece of cloth or similar material to protect
the floor from getting damaged by the base edge.

• Remove the chair from the skid. Raise the
chair off the floor by holding the metal
plate under the foot switch. Move the
chair by holding the base.
