Zweckbestimmung
Bei diesem Medizinprodukt handelt es sich um einen Stoßabsorber/
Fersenkissen zur lokalen Druckentlastung am Rückfuß beim Fersenauftritt.
Stoßabsorber bestehen aus viskoelastischen Materialien und werden in
flacher Form oder schalenartig angeboten.
Der Einsatz der Stoßabsorber ist meist Teil von ärztlich geführten
therapeutischen Behandlungsmaßnahmen über unterschiedliche Zeiträume.
Indikationen
Fersensporn, Achillodynie, Haglundferse, Stoßdämpfung bei Arthrose von
Sprung-, Knie-, Hüftgelenk
Kontraindikationen
Empfindungs- und Durchblutungsstörungen der versorgten Körperregion,
Erkrankungen der Haut im versorgten Körperabschnitt
Anwendungsrisiken / Wichtige Hinweise
Dieses Medizinprodukt ist ein verordnungsfähiges Produkt. Sprechen Sie
Anwendung und Dauer mit Ihrem verordnenden Arzt ab. Die Auswahl der
geeigneten Größe und eine Einweisung erfolgt durch das Fachpersonal, von
dem Sie das Medizinprodukt erhalten haben.

– bei Taubheitsgefühl Medizinprodukt lockern oder ggf. abnehmen
– bei anhaltenden Beschwerden den Arzt oder Fachhandel aufsuchen

Anziehanleitung
Legen Sie die Silikon-Fersenpolster so in Ihre Schuhe ein, dass sie
formschlüssig mit dem Fersenbereich der Schuhe abschließen. Die seitliche
Randerhöhung sollte hierbei nach oben zeigen. Dabei auf die rechte (R) und
linke (L) Ausführung achten.

Intended purpose
This medical device is a shock absorber/heel cushion for local pressure relief
on the back of the foot during heel impact.
Shock absorbers consist of viscoelastic materials and are offered in flat form
or bowl-shaped.
The use of the shock absorbers is mostly part of therapeutic treatment
measures over different periods conducted by physicians.
Indications
Heel spur, achillodynia, Haglund's deformity, shock absorption in the case of
arthrosis of the ankle, knee or hip joints.
Contraindications
Impaired sensation and circulation in the specific body region, skin diseases
in the specific part of the body.
Application risks/Important notes
This medical device is a prescribable product. Discuss the use and duration
with your treating physician. The expert staff from whom you have received the
medical device will select the appropriate size and instruct you regarding its use.
– remove the medical device prior to radiological examinations
– in case of numbness, loosen the medical device and remove it if necessary
– in case of persistent complaints, consult the physician or specialist retailer
– use the medical device in accordance with therapeutic needs
– only use other products simultaneously after consultation with your

Fitting instructions
Place the silicone heel cushions in your shoes so that they interlock with
the heel area of the shoes. Here, the lateral elevation should point upwards.

Utilisation prévue
Ce dispositif médical est un absorbeur de chocs/talonnettes permettant
de soulager localement la pression à l'arrière du pied de la cheville en cas
d'attaque-talon.
Les absorbeurs de chocs sont constitués de matériaux visco-élastiques et
sont proposés sous forme plate ou en coques.
L'utilisation des absorbeurs de chocs fait généralement partie des traitements
thérapeutiques avec suivi médical sur des intervalles de temps différents.
Indications
Épine calcanéenne, achillodynie, Haglund (talon), absorption des chocs en
cas d'arthrose de la cheville, de l'articulation du genou et de l'articulation
coxo-fémorale.
Contre-indications
Troubles de la sensibilité et de la circulation sanguine au niveau de la région
du corps soignée, maladies de la peau dans la région du corps soignée.

Ce dispositif médical est un produit prescrit sur ordonnance. Consultez votre

Reinigungshinweise
Sie können Ihre Silikon-Fersenpolster bei Bedarf mit Seife und lauwarmem
Wasser reinigen. Lassen Sie die Fersenkissen an der Luft trocknen. Bei Bedarf
kann die Oberseite leicht eingepudert werden.
Gewährleistung
Für das erworbene Produkt gelten die gesetzlichen Bestimmungen des
Landes, in dem Sie das Produkt bezogen haben. Bitte wenden Sie sich
an Ihren Fachhandel, sollten Sie einen Gewährleistungsfall vermuten.
Bitte das Produkt vor Einreichung eines Gewährleistungsfalles reinigen.
Wurden beiliegende Hinweise der Gebrauchsanweisung nicht ausreichend

Remove the silicone heel cushion from the shoe at the end of the day and
store it at a clean location in order to minimise soiling and unpleasant odours.

Cleaning information
If required, you can clean your silicone heel cushions with soap and lukewarm
water. Dry the heel cushions in the fresh air. If required, the upper side can be
lightly powdered.
Guarantee
The legal regulations of the country in which you acquired the product apply
to the purchased product. Please contact your specialist retailer if you suspect
a warranty claim. Please clean the product before submitting a warranty
claim. If the enclosed instructions for use have not been properly observed,
the warranty may be impaired or cancelled. The warranty does not cover use
of the product inappropriate for the indication, non-observance of application
risks, instructions and unauthorised modifications to the product.
Useful life/Lifetime of the product
The lifetime of the medical device is determined by its natural wear and tear if
treated appropriately and as recommended.

Instruction d'application
Posez le protège-talon en silicone dans votre chaussure pour qu'il ferme
avec l'espace du talon de la chaussure. La surélévation latérale des rebords
doit être dirigée vers le haut. Veillez à respecter le sens : modèle droit (R) et
modèle gauche (L).
Retirer
Retirez les talonnettes en silicone de la chaussure en fin de journée et
rangez-les dans un endroit propre pour minimiser les salissures et les odeurs
désagréables.

Conseils de lavage
Vous pouvez nettoyer votre protège-talon en silicone en cas de besoin avec du
savon et de l'eau tiède. Faites sécher à l'air libre. En cas de besoin, la partie
supérieure peut être légèrement poudrée.
