How to use the Mazda Connect Multimedia System - Use Apple CarPlay

or Android Auto.

1. First, ensure your IOS or Android device is unlocked.

2. Connect your IOS or Android device with an appropriate cable.

3. You should then see the Apple CarPlay or Android Auto logo appear on your device.

4a. To access either Apple CarPlay or Android Auto via the home screen, use your multimedia commander to select "ENTERTAINMENT", then

scroll down to them.

4b. Alternatively, you can access either through "APPLICATIONS".

How to use the Mazda Connect Multimedia System - Set your favourite radio station.

1. Select "ENTERTAINMENT" from the home screen.

2. Select your desired radio band – AM/FM/DAB from the entertainment menu.

3. Using either the station list, scan, or next functions, ﬁnd your desired radio station.

4a. Press and hold the "FAVOURITES" button to save the radio station here.

4b. You can now access it at any time by simply pressing the "FAVOURITES" button

How to use the Mazda Connect Multimedia System - Pair your Bluetooth® device.

1. Turn on Bluetooth® on your phone or audio device and ensure it is visible to other devices.

2. Select "COMMUNICATION" from the home screen.

3. If there isn't a phone currently connected to the system, it will automatically prompt to connect a device. Select "CONNECT".

4. Ensure Bluetooth® is turned ON at the top of the menu.

5. Select "ADD NEW DEVICE".

6a. Search for Bluetooth® connections on your own device.

6b. If required, enter the pairing code shown on the vehicle display, or simply conﬁrm the code by pressing either "YES" or "OK".

7. Finally, press "YES" on the vehicle display to conﬁrm, and you'll be connected.
