Pressure Sensing
The machine provides the possibility of automatically
producing a switch-off signal by means of pressure
sensing when the torque setting is reached. This
switch-off signal serves, for example, for controlling a
conveyer belt and documentation of the bolting
actions during fabrication or controls the bolt feeding
for an automatic bolting machine.
The pressure sensing is possible only in right
rotation of the machine.

switch-off
The pressure sensing reacts to the switching off of the
clutch and produces the switch-off signal.
Connecting for Pressure Sensing
Unscrew the glued-in M5 Allen screw 6.
Be careful that no dirt enters the open
drilling.
Take care when connecting a signal hose
that no leakage air
would otherwise falsify the signal.
The disassembly takes place in the reverse order.
Secure the Allen screw 6 with Loctite 221.

Replacing the Spring
In case work is performed with lower torques (approx.
0.8–2.5 Nm) than given in the product specifications,
the spring 15 can be replaced with a white spring.

Unscrew the housing 9 (left-hand threads!).
Pull the clutch 14 out of the housing 9.
Remove the retainer ring 15.
Insert the adjustment tool 12 in the cut-out of the
adjustment disk 13 and turn to the left until the
tension of the spring 15 contained therein is
completely released and it can be removed.

Insert a new spring and reassemble the clutch in the
reverse order.
Extraction of the Exhaust Air
By connecting an exhaust air hose (combined) 3 to
the hose connection piece 4, the exhaust air can be
led away.
