Step7:
Checks
1. Check the correct installation and function of all screwed and
plug connections.
2. When everything is in order, familiarize yourself with the machi-
ne at a low resistance setting.
3. We recommend that after assembly, the bottom side of running
surface to be lubricated with silicone oil to get a good lubricity
of the tread is placed on the gliding board. Furthermore, should
the resistance adjusted at level 1 and the maximum incline po-
siton be set. Therefore during the initial phase you will get an
easier walk and you will find easier to run your own pace on the
treadmill.
Note:
Please keep the tool set and the instructions in a safe place as
these may be required for repairs or spare parts orders becoming
necessary later.
How to move/store your treadmill:
1. Pull the locking Knop (54) and place your hand on the end cap
of the system frame then folding the system frame up and lock it
with locking knob.
2. Place your hands on top of the handrails, than lean the machine
toward your body sideways, this way you can move it easily.
3. Pull out the locking knob (54) and fold down slowly the main
frame (1) to the floor and ensure that the locking knob (54) secures
this position.
Incline adjustment:
Raise the basic frame with a hand and fold the run tape toge-
ther until it is arrested. Pull out both security pins (52), shift him
incline bar (57) in another position and you use the security pins
(52) again. The run tape can connect again are folded down. The
incline adjustment is intended in addition to raise the load of the
mountain accrual.
