IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ:
This product is warranted to the original retail purchaser (from an authorized dealer) and is non-transferable. Clam
Corporation has a THREE year manufacturer's defect warranty from the date of original purchase. Warranty does
not cover cracked or worn bases (if runner kits have not been installed as recommended), cracked windows, tent tears
or cuts, or broken or bent hoops due to high wind weather conditions or unattended use. Defective parts will be replaced
or repaired (at the manufacturer's option) if found to be defective within THREE (3) years from the date of original
purchase. W arranty will be void if product has been subject to neglect, misuse, improper installation, misapplication,
alteration, accident including but not limited to improper maintenance, or use of unauthorized parts or attachments.
Please read the entire owner's manual to ensure proper installation, use, storage and care of your Clam Shelter.

In your request, please include your full name, address, phone number, a copy of your receipt, a brief description of the
problem, and pictures to clearly show the area(s) of concern. Our Warranty Department will review your request, and a
Clam representative will contact you regarding your claim status. All returns must be shipped to us postage pre-prepaid.
It is expressly understood that Clam Corporation's liability for its products, whether due to breach of warranty,

  • Page 3 STEP 1 Install the right and left hand Brackets, PN 101900 and 101901. STEP 2 Start the Seat assembly. Tip: Rotate the Swivel, PN 101399, 45 degrees to aid in the installation process.
  • Page 4 STEP 3 Fasten the assembly from Step 2 to the Seat, PN 102759. STEP 4 Slide the Seat Covers, PN 102775 and 103638 on to the Seat. Attach them under the seat with the Velcro straps that are attached to the cushions. STEP 5 Assemble the first side of the Seat Slide.
  • Page 5 STEP 6 Slide the assembly from Step 5 thru the slider blocks on the seat assemblies completed in Step 3. STEP 7 Assemble the second side of the Seat Slider assembly. Tighten all of the fasteners left loose at this time. Assembled view STEP 8 Install the Seat assemblies by hooking the...
  • Page 6 STEP 9 Install the Poles that will accept the Hoop and light Poles. Do not over tighten the fasteners, the Poles must slide freely inside the brackets. STEP 10 Assemble the Hoop Poles by sliding the end of the Hoop Pole into the Collar, PN 103605.
  • Page 7 STEP 12 1) Install the Hoop Poles and Light pole assembled in the previous steps to the Poles installed to the brackets in Step 9. 2) Install the Spreader Poles, PN’s 101839 and snap on the “S” Clips, PN 103609, (2) per Spreader pole. 3) Install the Rope, PN 101249 by routing it thru the Holes in the Base and knotting each end.
  • Page 8 STEP 14 Buckle Sleeve 1) Drape the Tent, PN 103707 over the Hoop Poles. Attach the tent to the poles on the inside with the Velcro straps. 2) Slide the remaining Hoop Poles through the sleeves in the front of the tent. 3) Attach the last two Hoop Poles to the remaining poles connected to the bracket.
  • Page 9 THE FOLDING SEQUENCE To collapse the Shelter: 1) Detach all of the Spreader Poles and store them in their proper position. 2) Detach the sidewall Velcro on the inner most canopy hoop poles and disconnect the attachment straps. 3) Press the buttons on the Hoop Pole Collars and slide each canopy Hoop Pole in as far as it will go.

    Q: What will help keep mice or rodents from eating the tent of my Clam or Fish Trap? A: We recommend that you keep your tent in a sealed plastic tote with laundry dryer sheets or moth balls. If the shelter is stored in a barn or shed take the tent off the house and store it in a rodent-free environment such as in your home.
