When calibrating or using the webguide, if you need to adjust the position of the sensor we strongly advise you to make the adjustment when the webguide and the material are NOT moving! WG251 SKB-C RESMART What is WG251 SKB-C RESMART WG251 SKB-C RESMART is a webguide edge regulation system, consisting of a driver MWG10 and an ultrasound sensor SU m-25. The MWG10 control interface, with its simple, easy-to-use graphic display, enables the user to execute the regulation procedure and set up the webguide system operating parameters. -

S.p.A. WG251 SKB-C RESMART Device functioning General The front panel is fitted with a colour graphic display, that displays information on the operating status of the instrument. WG251 SKB-C RESMART OPERATING WINDOW (GREEN): the window is normally displayed; it displays the parameters managed during the adjustment and the operating status of the web guide system. It is used to change the set point and to move the actuator manually.

S.p.A. WG251 SKB-C RESMART Calibration Keep the enter key pressed for a few seconds to access the functions menu window. Scroll the functions with the + key, until you reach the F.50. Press the write key to enter the F.50 function and start the calibration. -

Use the enter key to exit the menu.
- Page 21 S.p.A. WG251 SKB-C RESMART F.1 - Motor speed This function is used to increase or decrease the actuator motor speed when the device is in AUTO mode. Range: 1÷95 if F.32=0, 1÷120 if F.32=1 If the set value is from 1 to 95, the motor works at 1/16 of step. If the set value is from 96 to 120, the motor works at 1/4 of step.

WG251 SKB-C RESMART Calibrate the sensor: remove the material from the sensor and wait for the display to show the maximum value (acceptable maximum value: between 4.5 and 5.0); insert the material in the sensor and wait for the display to show the minimum value (acceptable minimum value: at least 1V less than the maximum value). -

S.p.A. WG251 SKB-C RESMART F.91 - Reset MWG10 This function resets all the adjustment parameters of the MWG10 device to the default values. It also cancels the custom calibration of the device. Access the F.91 function: Keep the enter key pressed for a few seconds to access the functions menu window. -
