WG251 SKB-B RESMART Assembling the webguide on the end machine To assemble the webguide wear safety gloves and boots and observe all the safety norms required for the environment in which it is installed. 1) Fit the SU m-25 sensor on the webguide sensor holder bar: Application with a micrometer bar (the SU m-25 sensor is already fitted on the micrometer ... - Page 6 Knob for fixing Sensor holder bar 2) Fasten the WG251 SKB-B RESMART webguide to the machine structure using the 4 holes on the external box support table using 4 x M6x10 screws (not supplied with the webguide). General operation Each time the WG251 SKB-B RESMART is switched on, if the material is absent, it executes a self-diagnostic routine, upon completion, if it detects any anomalies, the digital output (GENERIC ALARM) is put on 0Vdc; otherwise the output is put on 24Vdc to indicate the instrument functions correctly. -

S.p.A. WG251 SKB-B RESMART MWG10 panel The front panel is fitted with a colour graphic display, that displays information on the operating status of the instrument. WG251 SKB-B RESMART OPERATING WINDOW (GREEN): the window is normally displayed; it displays the parameters managed during the adjustment and the operating status of the web guide system. It is used to change the set point and to move the actuator manually.

S.p.A. WG251 SKB-B RESMART F.1 - Motor speed This function is used to increase or decrease the actuator motor speed when the device is in AUTO mode. Range: 1÷95 if F.32=0, 1÷120 if F.32=1 If the set value is from 1 to 95, the motor works at 1/16 of step. If the set value is from 96 to 120, the motor works at 1/4 of step. -

This function allows you to switch from an edge guide regulation (set value 1 or 2) to a centre guide (set value 3), without changing any connection or recalibrating the system. -
