Clear statement of problems
Then contact your local dealer in your area.
Please make sure that the mobile phone is on and
connected with the network.
Please check if calling is forbidden because of
default settings.
Please make sure that the SIM card is valid.
Please check whether a ban/limit on receiving calls
is set.
Contact might be poor. Please check if the plug is
connected well.
Please make sure that the room temperature is
within the range of 0ºC ~40ºC while charging.
The battery or charger may be damaged. In that
case, you will need to replace it.
