Cause and Solution
The signal might be weak. Please try and move to a
location with strong signal and try connecting to the
network again.
Please ensure that you are not beyond the network
coverage of service providers.
Please ensure that you have a valid SIM card.
Please contact your network provider for further
information.
"Insert SIM card": Check if the SIM card is insterted
correctly.
"Enter password": If the screen lock is activated,
you have to enter password before using the
device.
"Enter PIN": If the option to enter PIN while turning
on each time is activated, you have to enter the PIN
code.
"Enter PUK code": Entering wrong PIN code 3
consectutive times will lock the SIM card. You need
to enter the PUK code provided by your network
provider.
