3.8 Connection Options
These options are only available during a call. The waiting call, hold call,
multi-party call functions require the support of the network. Please
contact your network provider for enabling these functions.
In the connection options, you can do the following operations:
Dialpad:Enter the dialing screen of the current call.
Speaker: Switch between hands-free and handheld modes.
Mute:Turn Mute on/off. When Mute is on, the person on the other side
of the call will not hear any sound coming from your device.
Hold:Temporarily hold the current one-line call.
Start Recording:Record the current call.
Add Call:Enter the dialing screen for a new call.
End:End the current call.
Conference*:In Conference call mode, you have the following options
for answering the incoming call and adding it to the conference: Hold
multiparty conference; Have a private conversation with one party and
hold other parties' call; Connect one party to the other and end the
conference call; Put one party on hold; End current call and all hold on
calls.
Note: Menu items marked by * are not available by default.
Users need to apply to their service providers for activating
the conference call functions.
