    SECTION 4 − SPECIFICATIONS 4-1. General Description The MWX-S weld fume collector is a mobile, high-volume vacuum system that uses a high efficiency, nanofiber-media cartridge filter to collect airborne weld fume particles. Weld fumes are captured at the source by a unit-mounted extraction arm. The extraction arm uses locking joints and flexible tubing to ensure the hood is placed near the source of the fumes.
