• Starting DIAG
To activate the DIAG function, press the "STANDBY/ON"
key of the remote control while pressing the keys of the
main unit as shown below at the same time.
• Starting DIAG in the protection cancel mode
If the protection function works and causes hindrance to
trouble diagnosis, cancel the protection function as
described below, and it will be possible to enter the DIAG
mode.
Press the "STANDBY/ON" key while simultaneously
pressing those two keys indicated in the figure above. At
this time, keep pressing those two keys for 3 seconds or
longer.
In this mode, the "SLEEP" segment of the FL display of the
main unit flashes to indicate that the mode is DIAG mode
with the protection functions disabled.
CAUTION!
Using this product with the protection function disabled
may cause damage to itself. Use special care for this
point when using this mode.
• Canceling DIAG
1 Before canceling DIAG, execute setting for PRESET of
DIAG menu No.8 (Memory initialization inhibited or
Memory initialized).
* In order to keep the user memory stored, be sure to
select PRESET INHIBIT (Memory initialization
inhibited). Any protection history will remain in
memory.
2 Turn off the power by pressing the "STANDBY/ON"
key of the main unit or the "STANDBY" key of the
remote control.
• Display provided when DIAG started
When the monitor is connected, DIAGNOSTIC MENU
appears on its screen as shown in the figure. (It remains
on display until DIAG is cancelled.)

Turn on the power while pressing these keys.

● ダイアグの起動
本体の下図に示すキーを同時に押しながらリモコンの
STANDBY/ON キーを押すと、ダイアグが起動します。
● プロテクション解除モードでの起動
プロテクションが動作することにより、故障箇所の診断に
支障をきたすような場合は、次の方法によりプロテクショ
ンを解除した状態でダイアグモードに入ることができま
す。
上図のキーを同時に押しながら STANDBY/ON キーを押
します。このとき、上図のキーを3秒以上押し続けてくだ
さい。
このモードでは本体FLの SLEEP セグメントが点滅し、
プロテクションを解除した状態でのダイアグモードである
ことを知らせます。
注意！
プロテクションを解除した状態でのダイアグモードは、
危険な状態でもプロテクションが作動しないため、動作
させると、機器を破壊することがあります。このモード
を使用する場合は十分注意してください。
● ダイアグの解除
① ダイアグを解除する前に、ダイアグメニューNo.8 の
FACTORY PRESET （メモリーの初期化禁止/またはメ
モリーの初期化） の設定をします。
※ ユ ー ザ ー メ モ リ ー を 保 持 し た い 場 合 は 、 必 ず
PRESET INHIBIT （メモリー初期化禁止） を選択して
ください。
② 本 体 の S T A N D B Y / O N キ ー ま た は リ モ コ ン の
STANDBY キーを押し、パワーオフにします。
● ダイアグ起動時の表示
モニターを接続してある場合は、モニターの画面に図のよ
うにダイアグメニューの一覧が表示されます。 （ダイアグ
を解除するまで、この表示が保持されます）
