Terms of warranty
It is express that this warranty is granted through the following conditions:

1. All the parts, pieces and components of the product are guaranteed against
possible manufacturing defects which they may come to have, for the term of
90 (ninety) days of legal warranty, plus 9 (nine) months of contractual warranty,
counting from the delivery date of the product to the Consumer, as appearing
in the product purchase Document, which is an integral part of this Term throu-
ghout the domestic territory.
2. Having noted the defect, the Consumer shall immediately get in touch with the
nearest Authorized Service, through the means of contact disclosed in the pro-
duct manual or on the site (www.intelbras.com.br) – only they are authorized to
examine and repair the defect during the warranty term foreseen herein. If the
Consumer takes the product to a somebody who is not authorized, this warranty
shall lose its validity, as it shall be characterized as product infringement.
3. Under no circumstances shall Intelbras be responsible for the use and functio-
ning of accessories which are not manufactured by it. These accessories are
expressly excluded from the warranty, and Intelbras shall not be responsible for
damage caused to the product arising from their use.
