CREO SL - UNBOXING Open the bike box and remove the small parts box, the front wheel, seatpost assembly and charger box.

CREO SL - UNBOXING Remove the bicycle from the box and place in a stable repair stand. Be careful not to clamp onto the carbon frame as it may damage the frame, clamp only on the seatpost.

CREO SL - UNBOXING Remove the compression screw from the brake cable (CREO SL Evo). Place the compression screw over the brake hose on the brake side with the thread pointing to the end of the cable.

CREO SL - UNBOXING Place the hydraulic brake hose into the joiner (CREO SL Evo) and tighten the compression screw with an 8 mm spanner.

CREO SL - UNBOXING For this process you will need to remove the bicycle from the repair stand and place the bicycle in a stable floor stand with the seatpost removed. BACK SKIP...

CREO SL - UNBOXING Slide the DP cable through the barrel adjuster and seat the barrel adjuster on the DP housing on the lever end.

CREO SL - UNBOXING Slide the cable from the cockpit end through the DP housing so that it emerges from the seat tube.

CREO SL - UNBOXING Rotate the cockpit to set the minimum exposed dropper housing.

CREO SL - UNBOXING Remove the cable from the DP housing and cut the excess DP housing in line with the seat tube opening.

CREO SL - UNBOXING Pull the DP housing out of the frame equivalent to the depth of the seat tube.

CREO SL - UNBOXING Thread the DP cable back through the housing so it exits the seatpost end.

CREO SL - UNBOXING Thread the plastic ferrule over the cable and slide it over the end of the DP housing.

CREO SL - UNBOXING Slide the DP cable through the barrel until it is approx 15 mm from the end of the ferrule. Tighten with a 2.5 mm and 3 mm Allen key.

CREO SL - UNBOXING Place the barrel into the DP trigger and locate the DP housing into the bottom seat.

CREO SL - UNBOXING Insert the seat post to the desired depth, pulling the excess housing out through the bicycle at the cockpit end.

CREO SL - UNBOXING Tighten the seat post collar with a 4 mm Allen key to 6.2 Nm.

CREO SL - UNBOXING Open the rubber door located at the front of the TCU and connect a data micro USB cable into the port.

CREO SL - UNBOXING Connect the other end of the cable with a standard USB to a PC running Turbo Studio.

CREO SL - UNBOXING Connect the charger to a wall outlet, then connect the charger plug into the charge port on the CREO SL.
