The P25 Simula tor Tile allow s t he user to simulat e th e eff ect of a radi o by u sing t he 39 00 to tal k to
the unit under te st. Du ring simulati on, t he 3 900 ser ves as the Vir tual Mo bile ( VM) w hich is
config ured to talk t o a unit under te st .
