H (2) Controller Mounting Bar (300459)
I (2) Controller Cover Mounting Screws
J 4 mm hex key wrench (not supplied)
K Screwdriver (not supplied) being used to align
T-bar while inserting screw

before you perform any assembly or adjustments.
NEVER operate equipment without guards or other
protective devices properly secured in place.

Conveyor Mounting

Step 1: Remove cover by loosening mounting
screws (I). Use mounting screws (C), to attach
mounting bars (H) as shown.

Step 2a: Mount T-bar in 2100 Series (left) and 3100
Series (right) conveyor T-slots as shown.
Step 3a: Secure box to 2100 Series conveyor by
installing M6 Screws (D). (3100 Mounting Similar)
Step 2b: Accessory clips positioned on 6100
Series conveyor.

installing M6 Screws (F) through holes in
mounting bars (H) and into accessory clips (B).
