CAUTION: Be careful when tightening the Allen Set Screws. Do not over-tighten.
Doing so may damage or crush the brim of the Fire Helmet or Hard Hat. These
two Allen Set Screws should only be tightened enough to prevent the mount
from coming loose from the helmet. Over time these screws may come loose.
Periodically check and re-tighten as needed.
SUGGESTION: Application of a thread locking solution (such as Loctite®
Threadlocker Blue) may be applied to secure these Allen Set Screws. Do not use
permanent version of a product as it would make it difficult to remove these Allen Set
Screws in the future.
SETTING THE ANGLE OF THE MULTI-ANGLE MOUNT
NOTE: THIS PRODUCT IS NOT DESIGNED TO SWIVEL ONCE THE ANGLE HAS
BEEN SET. THE USER WILL NEED TO LOOSEN THE ANGLE LOCK SOCKET
HEAD CAP SCREW TO REPOSITION THE ANGLE.
To change the angle of the light, loosen the Angle Lock Socket Head Cap Screw
using the included 5/32" Allen Wrench. (Image 10)
Select the angle and then tighten the Angle Lock Socket Head Cap Screw securely.

Test to make sure that the angle will not change and continue tightening as needed.

OPERATION
The 4650 has seven lighting modes: Constant-on high-brightness flashlight, medium-
brightness flashlight, low-brightness flashlight, constant-on high-brightness floodlight,
medium-brightness floodlight, low-brightness floodlight and constant-on Dual-Light mode.
The 4650 has two switches, the flashlight switch (closest to the front of the light) and the
floodlight switch (closest to the rear of the light) providing access to all modes.
CONSTANT-ON FLASHLIGHT
Press the flashlight switch (closest to the front of the light) until it clicks and then
release for constant-on flashlight in high-brightness mode. Press and release this same
switch again to turn the light off.
SELECT FLASHLIGHT BRIGHTNESS LEVEL
Press and hold down the flashlight switch. The flashlight will cycle from high to
medium to low and then back up again at a rate of approximately one mode per second.
The light will continue to cycle up and down through the various modes as long as the
flashlight switch is held down. When the desired brightness level is reached, simply
release the flashlight switch, and the light will remain in that brightness mode. Pressing
and holding the flashlight switch again will cause the light to cycle from whatever mode it
is currently in. Press and release the flashlight switch to turn the light off.
CONSTANT-ON FLOODLIGHT
Press the floodlight switch (closest to the rear of the light) until it clicks and then
release for constant-on floodlight in high-brightness mode. Press and release this same
switch again to turn the light off.
SELECT FLOODLIGHT BRIGHTNESS LEVEL
Press and hold down the floodlight switch. The floodlight will cycle from high to
medium to low and then back up again at a rate of approximately one mode per second.
The light will continue to cycle up and down through the various modes as long as the
floodlight switch is held down. When the desired brightness level is reached, simply
release the floodlight switch, and the light will remain in that brightness mode. Pressing

DUAL-LIGHT
Dual-Light allows the user to turn on both the Flashlight and the Floodlight, at the
same time. Simply press each switch to turn on each lighting mode. Both the Flashlight
and the Floodlight are now running. Press and release each switch to turn the light off.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Bayco Products, Inc. warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship
and materials for the original purchaser's lifetime. The Limited Lifetime Warranty
includes the LEDs, housing and lenses. Rechargeable batteries, chargers, switches,
electronics and included accessories are warranted for a period of two years with proof
of purchase. Normal wear and failures which are caused by accidents, misuse, abuse,
faulty installation and lightning damage are excluded.
We will repair or replace this product should we determine it to be defective. This
is the only warranty, expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or
fitness for a particular purpose.

COMPOSANTES
La lampe de poche pour casque NSP-4650 à éclairage double et multifonctionnelle
est à la fois une lampe de poche indépendante, une lampe à éclairage projecteur et
une lampe à éclairage double conçue avec un système d'attaches pour fixer celle-ci à
n'importe quel casque d'incendie ou casque dur.
La lampe de poche et la lampe projecteur comporte chacune un niveau de
luminosité qui peut être sélectionné indépendamment ou en même temps. En mode
haute luminosité, la lampe de poche a une puissance de 220 lumens et une distance
de projection pouvant atteindre 183 mètres. La lumière est étanche conformément à la
norme IP-X7 et résiste à une chute jusqu'à 2 mètres de hauteur.
La lampe de poche à éclairage double et multifonctionnelle peut être fixée sur
n'importe quel côté du casque d'incendie ou casque dur et offre une variété d'options de
réglage. Cet ajustement permet à l'utilisateur de régler de façon optimale la lumière afin
de procurer une clarté autour du masque de protection, lunettes de protection et autres
obstacles pouvant obstruer la vue et permettre en même temps une luminosité diffuse
vers le bas indépendamment de l'angle du bord du casque.
INSTALLATION DES PILES DANS LA LAMPE 4650
Pour installer les piles au lithium CR-123 dans la lampe 4650, commencer par
dévisser la vis de la porte du compartiment à piles. (Image 1)
Insérer les deux piles dans le compartiment à piles en vous assurant de porter
une attention particulière à l'orientation des bornes inscrites au verso de la porte du
compartiment à piles. (Image 2)
Installer de nouveau la vis du compartiment à piles en appuyant sur la porte
complètement fermée puis en serrant la vis jusqu'à ce qu'elle soit serrée à la main.
AVERTISSEMENT : Ne pas fausser le filetage ou briser les filets de la vis. (Image 3)
Tester par la suite le fonctionnement de votre lampe de poche (Voir
FONCTIONNEMENT ci-dessous)
